How to come up with a routine

 

  In order to make a routine and stick to the routine is to believe in yourself, and when you fall off just dust your self off and get back on track. Routines are good for people who do the same things every day and like to stay on schedule and in order. Routines are also good for little ones, if you have any. It helps them prepare for what is to come next. So to begin your routine you must first decide what you want to get done and if this will be your morning routine, before or after work, before bed, or even a weekend routine.

I know I haven’t wrote a post in a very long time, so I thought the best way to come back with something new is to show you how I got my life back on track. I took a short break from blogging and posting because I had a lot going on life. From losing my main source of income and then my 2nd income and moving to a new city and then my baby’s 1st birthday. I can honestly say I been through a lot lately and now that things are settling down somewhat, I’m ready to get back on track with my life and goals!

First thing first, accomplish things that you need to do but do not like to do, like working out, meditating, cleaning the house or grocery shop. When you do hard stuff the first thing in the morning, it makes the rest of day better, because you can do what ever you like for the rest of the day and not worry that you must accomplish a task that you already did. Now if you don’t have enough time in the a.m., wake up earlier.
