You’re way further than before

Think about what you were doing this moment last year, and how your life is now. It could have been better or it could have been worst.  Think about your past situations compared to now. Think about all your struggles vs successes. Think about how you didn’t have as many things as you do now. Look at how far you’ve come. Be thankful and grateful for how far you’ve came.

Sometimes we need reminders that yesterday is gone and today is a new day. Just be grateful for where you are today. Just because you’re not where you want to be doesn’t mean you’re not doing what you need to do to get to where you want to go.

I know you have goals. Keep them on reminder, every morning when you wake up, thorough out the day and every night before you go to sleep. Enjoy this moment in the now. One day you will wake up and you will be at your goal and enjoying that moment in the now. Keep pushing.

Self- means a person’s essential being that distinguishes them from others, especially considered as the object of introspection or reflexive action

Love- strong affection for another arising out of kinship or personal ties

So if we put self and love together you will get a strong desire that you portray of you. To love yourself unconditionally, requires a lot of hard work and discipline. This is something that you need to work at every day for the rest of your life. Some days will be easier than other, but you need to remember why you’re doing this and who you’re doing this for.
