I know I haven’t wrote a post in a very long time, so I thought the best way to come back with something new is to show you how I got my life back on track. I took a short break from blogging and posting because I had a lot going on life. From losing my main source of income and then my 2nd income and moving to a new city and then my baby’s 1st birthday. I can honestly say I been through a lot lately and now that things are settling down somewhat, I’m ready to get back on track with my life and goals!
The best thing I did for me to reset and start fresh was a detox. Moving to a new place definitely helped me clear my mind and start a new attitude to help start my new beginning. Since these changes I’m focusing more on myself, my family and my future.
I created new short term goals and monthly checklist to help me get to my goal. I started a morning, night and week routine to stay on track. For now on until I get to my goal, consistency, discipline and I are going to be best friends!
So my advice is when you slip off the track, take a detox, or some time to refresh yourself before you start back doing what you want to do.
2nd plan and prepare. For me I want to become healthier and fit, so I googled things to eat that are healthy and easy to make or prep. Then I went shopping and did a mini meal prep, like I bought many different fruits and put them in a container and made enough for every day of the week.
3rd Execute that plan! The last thing you can do to get back on track is to get on the track. What I mean by this is if your goal is to be healthier, then you need to get back to eating, exercising, drinking water and doing what you need to do to get right.
